But, shouldn't a contest have a prize?

Yes, it should. There will be several prizes, actually.

Runners up: The people who nominate the top three runners up will receive the choice of either a four-month subscription to the Hammerhead Gold Club OR a one-year subscription to the Hammerhead Silver Club at the Hartfield Chronicles website.
This includes access to all episodes of the Hartfield Chronicles, including advanced episodes. Members also receive access to a Hammerhead-only discussion board on Discord and free e-books upon publication (approximately three per year).
Gold members will also receive a free signed paperback of the first book of the Hartfield Chronicles when it is published and discounts on other signed paperbacks. (Due to current shipping rates, the Gold package is only available to US residents at this time)

Hartfield Chronicles

I can't believe we're almost at the end of Season One! Next week, I will be publishing the final episodes across the various platforms, then taking a short break while I upload the next season onto the website. Season Two will only be available on the new website, so be sure to check it out.

Melinda knew her new boarding school would be difficult. She has to make new friends. The workload is way more than she ever expected.
