The Economic Recovery Support Function(Economic RSF) has been mission-assigned by FEMA under the National Disaster Recovery Framework to serve Florida in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. The mission of the Economic RSF is to enhance the ability of Florida’s communities to return all economic and business (including agricultural) activities to a healthy state and to develop new economic opportunities that result in a sustainable and economically viable community.
In partnership with Florida Commerce, the Florida Division of Emergency Management, the Southwest Florida Regional Planning Council, and the Coastal & Heartland National Estuary Partnership the Economic RSF invites you to a listening session and project exploration workshop with state and federal partners. Please fill out a Project Summary Work Sheet for each project you would like considered and send it back to mwuerstle@swfrpc.org or bring it with you to the workshop on February 19, 2025.
