Looking after your most important tool

Welcome to another issue of the premier newsletter dedicated to male self pleasure. Today I am going to dedicate the whole issue to discussing looking after your penis since without it we would not have a newsletter and therefore it is the most important tool we have.

If you're interested in joining the bate support program, you can still sign up. The cost is $10 per month for an individual program that is designed to help you understand yourself, what turns you on, and how to give yourself the best pleasure of your life. Sign up for more information at this site.

I am also about to start recording a series of instructional videos for YouTube, so if you have any topics you want to see covered in video format then let me know. You should also go and watch my introduction video and subscribe by heading to my channel page.

Penis Care

Let's start with the basics, your penis is an extension of your body. So being in good health will impact on your dick health. Eating well, exercise, good sleep, staying hydrated will all impact on your penile health, including your erection, the amount you cum, and your arousal.
Cleaning your penis is like cleaning the rest of your body. As the skin in this area can be highly sensitive you do need to be careful what soaps you use when cleaning. You should focus on making sure that all areas are clean and that there is no signs of discharge, smells, or rashes and warts which can all be signs of issues with your penis. You can also check for signs of testicular cancer by gentle massaging your balls looking for any signs of lumps that have developed.

Pubic hair is an area which involves a lot of personal taste. For some men they would never dream of removing the hair from their dick while other men like to remove it all. As with hair on any part of your body, giving it a trim from time to time is one way of keeping it looking tidy. If you do decide to remove the hair then remember that the skin is sensitive in this area and so you may need to try different methods to find one that suits you, shaving, hair removal cream etc. I personally have shaved all my pubic hair off for about the last 2 years and I love it. Before that I would trim the hair to give it a nice shape and to remove some of the hair in certain areas that would bother me.
After shaving and washing I have started to apply daily mosturiser to my dick and balls. I started doing this recently after some particularly long edging/bating sessions as I noticed my penis was a bit sore afterwards. Now I apply a little bit each day and I have noticed a huge change in my penis. Not only do I find I get less sore after those heavy bating sessions, but I've also noticed by balls are hanging lower and my penis skin is softer. So this is an easy thing that I think you should add to your daily ritual.

The last way you can help is to do some kegel exercises. These exercises focus on the pelvic floor muscles which are involved in urinary and fecal continence and ejaculation. There are a number of different ways in which you can exercise them. The main one is to gently contract and loosen the muscle. If you don't know which muscle it is the best way to determine this is to when you are peeing next try stopping the flow. That sensation is what you are looking for when you are contracting your pelvic floor muscles. Once you have the basics you can also try the various apps on your phone to guide you through some exercise.
So there's my top tips for looking after your man tool. Do you have any others that you also like to do? Maybe you like to stretch it? Or maybe you have some other exercises? I really want you all to focus on your penis as an important part of your body and something that like the rest of us should have attention payed on it as part of your daily routine.
