To our valued members and friends,
March sees us stepping confidently into spring, with longer days on the horizon and plenty happening at The Balcombe Club to keep the momentum going. Whether you’re joining us for a relaxed drink, gathering friends for Sunday lunch, or soaking up the match-day atmosphere, the Club remains the perfect place to come together as the season shifts.
Mother’s Day falls on Sunday 15th March, and we’ll be marking the occasion with a special Sunday menu, along with flowers for every mum to make the day that little bit more special. It’s always a popular date in the diary, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
For rugby fans, the Six Nations reaches its thrilling final weekend this month.
We’ll be showing every minute live on the big screen, and if previous years are anything to go by, the atmosphere promises to be fantastic so gather your friends, arrive early, and settle in for a superb finale to the tournament.
And just a friendly reminder that memberships are now due. Please make sure you have paid your subscriptions

YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU!!!
We are looking for a few more volunteers on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings to join our fantastic gang of existing helpers. You would only be needed once every 3 or 4 weeks. We welcome a couple of friends helping out or individuals who
we could train up and put with our existing team.
Tuesday and Wednesday volunteer nights are a massive help to our club and ensure we can open more hours for the community. If you'd like to help out please talk to Roland or Chris, or just pop in!

Alter Ego are a 4 piece covers/function band who have been established for over 19 years. Three of them are based in West and East Sussex, and one is based in Kent. All four of them are very experienced musicians who have built up a substantial repertoire (See Below).
Catering for most musical tastes, rock and roll, 60s, soul, rock, ballads and more up to date songs. 🎤 Live Music with The Mersey Cheats 🎶
We’re excited for the Balcombe Club return of The Mersey Cheats, a four piece tribute band. Previously, they trod the boards in the Victory Hall under their old moniker The Trappers. They return as The Mersey Cheats with a setlist of covers of popular music from the 50s to 60s performed as accurately as possible for a pitch-perfect nostalgic experience.
The Mersey Cheats members have over time supported many 60s legends in concert such as the Searchers. Swinging Blue Jeans. American Drifters. Hermans Hermits. Mike Penders Searchers. Georgie Fame. The Walker Brothers. Goldie and the Gingerbreads. Fen Men. To name just a few.
