SHOWCASING MLLS BUSINESS MODEL SCENARIOS AND EVALUATION FRAMEWORK

The GEMINI Plenary Session showcased key outcomes from the project's first year, focusing on Mobility Living Labs (MLLs) and innovative shared mobility services (NMS). Work Package 1 (WP1) presented eight mobility business models, including Cross Border MaaS and Demand Responsive Transport (DRT), alongside an operational framework guiding service development. Work Package 2 (WP2) addressed privacy, resilience, and accessibility in mobility technologies, offering tools like the Common Impact Model to enhance user acceptance and stakeholder engagement.

Mll3 Munich’s Fan Traffic Surveyext

In July 2024, MLL3 conducted a survey with FC Bayern Munich fans to improve mobility at Allianz Arena. Led by Volkswagen Data Lab and FC Bayern, the survey explored travel habits, transport preferences, and congestion challenges.

B2B COMMUNITY AND LOCAL WORKSHOP

GEMINI hosted a workshop on "Challenges and Solutions for the Future of MaaS" bringing together mobility operators, public authorities, and tech providers. Key topics included shifting from free-floating to station-based models, data-driven fleet optimization, and the role of public authorities in shaping (MaaS) through incentives and regulations.

FIRST MOBILITY HUB
