I thought I would spend this newsletter delving into a ritual we can use to connect with ourselves through our bate practice. This is a practice that I often return to for myself when I am feeling a little bit disconnected from myself and what I want or need. Spending time deeply connecting with ourselves and our self pleasure enables us to remember what makes us happy.
I would encourage us all, even if we only have a few minutes in the day, to find time to connect with our penis. When you connect with it I want you to feel it. It doesn't need to be hard or soft, just let it be whatever it wants in the moment. Let your fingers explore your cock. You can start at the balls and shaft and then work your way up to the tip. You want this to be a slow exploration with no purpose other then to be guided by what feels good and what feels nourishing. If that is all you have time to do in a day let that be all you do. You can even do it a couple of times in a day if time permits.
If you have time to go further now we are going to add in our whole body. Continue the same method of slow exploration to all of your body, spending extra time on areas that feel nice, sensual or are erotic. Take your time with this step and really explore your body all the way from your feet up to your head. Once you have scanned across the body feel free to return to those areas which you enjoyed the touch or felt aroused by. We want to continue building up the erotic energy as we continue to explore ourselves.
After you have scanned your body and built some erotic energy we are going to add in some movement. We are all guilty of being in the same space and posture when we are bating. So now we are going to add in some new movements, whether they are simply standing up, or maybe kneeling, or maybe you might like to walk and bate. The key here is to do some kind of movement or position which is new or novel to your bate practice and while doing that you can continue stimulating both your penis as well as the rest of your body to keep the erotic energy going
By this stage we should be starting to feel very aroused, your penis should be nice and hard, and you should be feeling yourself getting closer to the edge. You can now continue doing this and edging yourself for as long as you have. Whether you have an hour, or a day, whatever you have you can continue to get yourself close to the edge and then slowly backing off. Continue exploring that movement or position as well as your body. There is no right or wrong things to do here just keep being curious and explore what feels good to you in that very moment.
Once you are getting to the point where you feel you need or want to cum then we are going to stop and take some deep breathes. We are going to set an intention with ourselves at this point that we will continue to pleasure ourselves as we move about the coming days. We are going to remember those feelings and sensations that we gave to ourselves in these moments. Once we have done this we are going to either find a mirror to watch ourselves or we are going to find ourselves a comfortable position in which we can surrender. Then we are going to get ourselves aroused again and to the point of cumming. If possible while cumming I want you to either watch yourself in the mirror or focus on the feelings that are coming from your penis. You can even add in a very happy loud sigh as you release all that intense pleasure.
