Weekly update

Hi! Thanks everyone for your support and patience, its been a while since i've posted an update in the form of a newsletter, to be honest, i've been struggling to do much work lately at all! Its been wintery and I managed to escape for some sunshine to my home town of Sydney for a few weeks to visit my parents. I never quite grasped how difficult it would be living so far away from my parents when they are in their 80s and need me there. I feel torn between London and sydney, work and self care, kids and parents. Are you feeling this pull too? Here are a few pics of my trip to Sydney below. Right now its tough running a business, the sales are dripping in very slowly and i am working hard to figure out ways to save money to keep the business going. It most definitely starts with me actually doing some work and getting back into the groove after half term madness. I am also moving house right now so that is an added stress. It defintiely makes me appreciate the troubles that my parents must have gone through when i was an oblivious child! 

In relation to Goodordering, i'm slowly working to reduce prices, as i'm fully aware that we are living in difficult times with the cost of living increasing every day. So the best i can do is to keep prices as low as possible and put my head down and work. I will keep you posted in my weekly newsletters on how things are going, but for now, i've paused bag charms and focussing on selling bags. I'm back at Spitalfields market this thursday so fingers crossed there will be a few tourists in town!
