New production facility underway

NantBioPlastics, LLC is excited to announce its new manufacturing facility in Gadsden, AL, set to open at the beginning of 2023.

The 55,000-square-foot building will house NBP compostable straw extrusion, sheet extrusion/thermoforming, blown film/bagging lines, and 3-D filament extrusion.

"We are extremely excited to provide the market manufacturing capacity of 200 million compostable straws per month," said Kenn Budlong, chief operating officer of NantBioPlastics.
